The “Nun” (probably green clorite, height 4.4 cm) is so-called for a type of relief, or mantle, which wraps around the body mass. More than just a small sculpture it seems as though a deep incision on a flattened cobblestone has created an elliptical space where two barely imperceptible breasts, flat belly, and the suggestions of two legs are inserted. The head is an ancillary space. This item also has a hole above the breasts. On the opposite face some subtly contoured surfaces may suggest a female figure.
